Return Window

We accept returns up to 30 days from the original delivery date of your item. Items sent back beyond this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, clothing and accessories must meet the following strict conditions:

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain securely attached.

• Items must be completely free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or odors.

• We have the right to request photo(s) of the item(s) before any policy is acted on.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following apparel items cannot be returned or refunded for hygienic and production reasons:

• Intimates, underwear, swimwear, and earrings.

• Custom-printed, customized, or monogrammed garments.

• Items explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our support team at coaster_support@coastiescoasters.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 3-5 business days with complete shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Processing and Refunds

Once your package is received and thoroughly inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct size or color exchanges due to fast-moving inventory. If you need a different size, please follow the standard return process for your original item and place a brand-new order on our website at your convenience.

Cancellations: not accepted
